3. Give a couple of alternate day/times that are convenient.

Include your name and phone number where you can be reached

for a confirmation call.

4. Check for confirmation e-mail (24-48 hrs) either confirming

or giving an alternate day/time. Please remember we will make

every effort to provide you with an appointment that fits

Second Same Day Cancellations will be charged the Service Scheduled

No Shows/No Calls will be charged 100% of the Service Scheduled
